NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold public hearings to receive and consider comments on the following items: - The proposed subdivision of the property previously known as Club Heights Elementary into two parcels; and - The city's intent to declare certain real property owned by South Ogden City as surplus to the city's needs. The property is a portion of what was previously known as Club Heights Elementary, more accurately described as: A PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE I WEST OF THE SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN. BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST PROPERTY CORNER OF COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS LOCATED 1313.00 FEET SOUTH 00°57'52' WEST FROM THE NORTH QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 8; RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 88°55'08' EAST 141.75 FEET (SOUTH 89°15' EAST 141.77 FEET BY RECORD) ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS TO THE CORNER OF THE SOUTH OGDEN CITY PROPERTY, TAX ID. EAST BY RECORD) 213.16 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 38°21'43' EAST 54.13 FEET; THENCE NORTH 90°00'00' EAST 367.49 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 3.453 ACRES; and - The proposed rezoning of the property from R-1-6 to Open Space-1 The hearings will be held at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the regularly scheduled South Ogden City Planning Commission Meeting on Thursday, September 13, 2018.
