NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on September 4, 2018 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will open and receive public comments concerning the following items: - Amendments to the Highland City Fee Schedule - Amendments to the Pressurized Irrigation Fund Copies of the requests can be viewed at the Highland City Office, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
