- Riverton City Invitation for Bid # CC18-351 2018 Riverton City Cemetery Expansion Project Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the City Cemetery Expansion Project. Work includes: demolition, site clearing, sprinkler system, cemetery layout, landscaping and any other appurtenances associated with the City Cemetery Expansion Project. Bids will be due by 2:00 pm on September 5, 2018 and shall be turned in at the Purchasing Office, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah 84065, or may be submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at approximately 2:01 pm. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. Riverton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
