PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: Zone Change from A-20 (Agricultural 20 acre lot sizes) to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 12.10 acres for an apartment project, 14.89 acres for a townhome project, and 16.79 acres for a twin home project. The proposal is located at approximately 2780 East Mall Drive. Public Utility Easement Vacation/Subdivision Plat Amendment. Consider vacating a public utility and drainage easement located between Lots 7 & 8, Serenity Cove Subdivision (2760 East Cir.). Also consider merging said lots together into one lot. Vacate a Public Roadway. Consider vacating a portion of Knowledge Way as part of a road realignment. Vacate a Public Utility Easement. Consider vacating a public utilities and drainage easement as part of the Joule Plaza project located at Lots 4 & 7, Block 18, Plat A, St. George City Survey. Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
