NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on September 4, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Andrew Blonquist, representing Miller Harrison Lawyers for a Text Amendment, known as the Chandler Pointe at South Mountain Gate Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Section 9-27-200 in order to allow secondary emergency access points to be gated without meeting the strict design standards of a subdivision access gate for a gated community.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on September 4, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
