Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct public hearings September 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for the following: - Pony Express Estates rezone, a proposed rezone of 72.05 acres from agriculture to residential, located west of the high school and south of Cory Wride Memorial Park - Carson Crossing rezone, a proposed rezone of 6.38 acres from Town Core Residential to Commercial, located at the intersection of Porter's Crossing and Pony Express Parkway - Extractive industries overlay, a proposal to add the extractive industries overlay zone to parcels 59:020:0001 & 59:020:0008, approximately 25 acres of property located approximately 1 mile south of Eagle Mountain Boulevard and 1/3 of a mile east of Lake Mountain Road The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
