Description/Agenda: Public Hearing The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 6th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 South Spring Hollow Road. The purpose of the hearing is to review, and possibly approve a new City Center Zone for commercial use located 600' ft. in radius surrounding the flashing 4 way stop. The public is welcome to attend and make comment. Published in the Summit County News August 17th, 2018. The purpose of the hearing is to review a potential ordinance allowing the use of Conservation Subdivisions that would preserve 30 to 60 percent of undivided, buildable tracts of land as communal open space for residents and developers.
