Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Only the Market Value of any property may be officially appealed by appointment to the County Board of Equalization in the County Administration Building on these dates: August 28, 2018, 10AM-6PM and August 30, 2018, 10AM-6PM For an appointment call 435-738-1110. Appeal forms may be picked up at the Assessor's Office, Auditor's Office or can be obtained online at duchesne.utah.gov. All completed forms must be in the Assessor's Office or Auditor's Office prior to your appointment. The appeal procedures and dates on this notice apply to locally assessed properties only. All applicants requesting an adjustment MUST HAVE DOCUMENTATION establishing a basis for their appeal or their appeal may be dismissed
