- 1) Introduction and welcome from the Chair. 2) Approval of minutes from the April 24 and June 26, 2018 Planning Commission meetings. 3) Planning Commission to discuss with possible action a recommendation to forward the proposed zoning amendments to the Alta Town Council. 4) Planning Commission to hear a presentation on the proposed land exchange originating from the Mountain Accord, now the Central Wasatch Commission. 5) New Business from the Commission. 6) Date of next meeting. 7) Motion to adjourn. Alta Town Council members are invited to the meeting; as such there may be a quorum of the Town Council. Reasonable accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) for individuals with disabilities may be provided upon receipt of a request with three (3) working days' notice.
