Hooper, UT 84315 The Hooper City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, September 13th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the City office for the following: 1. Public Hearing- Conditional Use Permit - Day Care- Amber Vowles., 5658 W. 3800 S. 2. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit - Shane Spader- Oversized Structure at 5377 W. 5100 S.. (2,160 sq.ft.) 3. Public Hearing- Conditional Use Permit - Phillip Maw- Oversized Structure., 5017 S. 6300 W approx. 5,000 sq. ft.
