- CITY OF WEST JORDAN SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO 2017-2018 ONE YEAR ACTION PLAN The City of West Jordan is accepting public comments from citizens and community organizations on the proposed change of use in funding for the 2017-2018 One Year Action Plan. The City's Citizen Participation Plan, in accordance with the requirements of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, requires the public be given 30 days to comment on the proposed Substantial Amendment. Written comments will be accepted from Monday, August 27, 2018 thru Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 5:00 PM. The proposed amendment proposes change of use of funds as following: Addition of $404,941 for construction of ADA ramps throughout the City for prior year and unobligated CDBG funds. Comments may be submitted to Charles Tarver at charles.tarver@westjordan.utah.gov. Comments may also be mailed to West Jordan Community Development Block Grant Program, 8000 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 before Wednesday, September 19, 2018 by 5:00PM.
