- The Nephi City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N in Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment about Nephi City's proposal to place on the ballot and enact a .1% Recreation, Arts and Parks (PAR) sales and use tax to fund cultural, recreational, and zoological facilities, and botanical, cultural, and zoological organizations.
