Prayer 2. Mayor Monnett: Resolution 2018-12, Federal Surplus-Property Program Representative Designation, Approval/Denial 3. Adjournment Spring City invites any community organization, church, or resident of the City to contact the City Recorder to be scheduled for presenting a thought, reading, or invocation in the public meeting. The undersigned, duly-appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted this, the 21st day of August, 2018.
