- HUNTSVILLE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Thursday, August 23rd, 2018, 7:00 p.m. at the Huntsville Town Hall. DATE: August 23rd, 2018 PLACE: Huntsville Town Hall, 7309 E. 200 S. TIME: 7:00 P.M. The items to be discussed are as follows: 1-Roll call. 2-Approval of PC minutes for meeting held July 26th, 2018. 3 - Discussion and/or action on land use permit for Jeff and Jenna Holt at address 330 N 6900 East, parcel #20-147-0003. Bruce from Larry's Pool's presenting the site plan. 4 - Discussion and/or action on land use permit for Brian Merrick outbuilding at 350 S 7500 East, parcel #24-010-0009. 5- Discussion and/or action on land use permit for Kevin Anderson, parcel #24-017-0034. David Peterson from Peterson Builders. 6 - Presentation of rezone application by Mr. Price on behalf of Kristie Bennion, parcel #24-014-0003, #21-008-0008. 7 - Discussion and/or action on reconsideration of Ordinance #05-17-2018 Zoning Map Amendments. 8 - Discussion and/or action on Title 15.17.3.A & 15.17.3.B: Non-Complying Buildings, Non-Conforming Uses, and Parcels: Additions and Enlargements. 9- Discussion and/or action on Proposed Revisions to 15.25.1: Parcel Consolidation and Boundary Line Adjustment, adding sections 15.25.12 and 15.25.13. 10 - Discussion and/or action on proposed additions to 15.6.2 - Use Regulations in a Residential Zone. 11 - Discussion and/or action on Title 15.8.2 - Use Regulations. 12-Review of Title 15.6.10: Coverage Requirements. 13-Review of Title 15.6.2.A: Use Regulations in a Residential Zone: Single Family Dwellings. 14-Citizen Comments.
