Description/Agenda: KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 13, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center, Kaysville, to consider: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE CREATION OF THE POSITION OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE AND THE PARAMETERS IN WHICH THAT OFFICE FUNCTIONS, AMENDS AND ADDS TO MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF THE KAYSVILLE CITY ORDINANCES. And AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-31-25, TELECOMMUNICATION TOWERS, TOGETHER WITH AMENDMENTS TO APPLICABLE ZONING DISTRICTS WITHIN TITLE 17, PLANNING AND ZONING, TO CLARIFY WHERE TOWER TYPES MAY BE LOCATED AND BY WHICH PROCESS THEY MAY BE CONSIDERED.
