- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 21st day of August 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember L. Bytheway - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held August 7, 2018 2. New Business - Myrna Degriselle - Zoning Question: Clarkston Town To Allow a Temporary Six Month Zoning Permit, Which Would Allow Two Homes On The Same Property - Danny and Kirsten Godfrey - Paragon Homes Subdivision Approval 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Moratorium On Residential Development Outside of Town Infrastructure - Fire Department Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department - Community Center Councilmember N. Sparks - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - September Newsletter Items - Next Meeting - September 4, 2018 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
