- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 5, 20178 at the city office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Leishman Estate Subdivision consisting of 3 lots total, located at approximately 150 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-081-0058.
