- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the DAVIS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will hold a public hearing in Room #2021 of the Davis County Health Department, 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Pursuant to Utah Code 26A-1-12(1), the Board of Health will hold a public hearing to afford interested persons an opportunity to submit written data, views, and comments regarding proposed changes to the 'Food Service Sanitation Regulation'. The proposed changes include adopting the newly created R392-102 Food Truck Sanitation rule, restructuring the fee schedule and permit categories, and standardizing language to be consistent with other state and federal rules. Copies of the regulation are available for review at the Environmental Health Services Division office located at 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, or the Department website (http://daviscountyutah.gov/health/default.cfm). Interested persons can contact Mr. Dennis Keith, Health Department Environmental Health Services Director, at 801-525-5118 or dkeith@daviscountyutah.gov. Written comments concerning the regulation will be considered as part of the hearing record if received at the Division office before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2018.
