- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 21 August 2018, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held 19 June 2018 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Sheree Williams, concerning subdividing of lot at 200 West 95 North (previously owned by Klyn Edmunds) 5. Business: a. review Courtney & Teejay Clawson building permit app b. discuss possibility of hiring secretary for Planning & Zoning c. review & revise Ch 10, Development & Subdivisions, of the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Ordinance 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345 or 436-5151.
