Discussion and Possible Action on amending Resolution 2017-06 to change the wording from Marshal's office to Planning and Zoning administrator in Section 1 (b), investigating complaints when appropriate and institute steps outlines in Ordinance 2016-02. Discussion and Possible Action on Ordinance 2018-01 Repealing vacation rental home ordinance and clarifying certain language in Planning and Zoning Manual. Discussion and Possible action on bids for Town Hall upgrades. 9. ADJOURN
