- NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that East Carbon City will hold a Planning and Zoning public hearing on August 22, 2018 at East Carbon City Hall, 101 West Geneva Drive. Meeting to begin promptly at 6:00 P.M. The Agenda to be as follows: 1. Roll Call. 2. Approval of previous meeting minutes. 3. Open meeting for public comment regarding the proposed land use ordinances to be presented to the East Carbon City Council. Adjournment. Dated this 17th day of August , 2018.
