NOTICE is hereby given that the Santa Clara City Council will hold a Regular Meeting on the 22nd Day of August 2018, in the City Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, which meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Public Hearing to receive public input on Vacating a portion of Primrose Street Public Right of Way. (Laveryl Porter-Applicant).
B. Consent Agenda:
1. Cancel the Sept. 12th City Council Meeting due to League of Cities & Towns.
2. Approve $47, 269.55 for the audited FY ending 2016 net operating loss per the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (SHAC) interlocal agreement.
3. Approve Alan Madsen for the Economic Development Chair.
C. General Business:
1. Consider approval of Vacating a portion of Primrose Street Public Right of Way. Applicant, Laveryl Porter. Presented by Bob Nicholson, City Planner.
2. Consider a 3 1/2 yr. time extension for a Preliminary Plat for Santa Clara Valley Homes that was approved in 2017 (Applicant James & Deborah Ence). Presented by Bob Nicholson, City Planner.
3. Consider approval of a Proclamation proclaiming the week of September 17-23, 2018 as Constitution week by the Daughters of the American Revolution. Presented by Mayor Rosenberg.
4. Consider tree removals on Santa Clara Drive. Presented by Brad Hays, Parks & Trails Director.
