SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held in Room 315, Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State, Salt Lake City, Utah, before the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to Petition No. PLNPCM2015-00273. A proposed ordinance is before the Council to amend the zoning map pertaining to a parcel of property at approximately 569 East 2nd Avenue to rezone the parcel from Special Development Pattern Residential District (SR-1A) to Small Neighborhood Business District (SNB). The applicant is requesting the rezone in order to better accommodate existing development and uses, and clarify future possible uses with the new zoning designation. Although the applicant has requested that the property be rezoned to Small Neighborhood Business District (SNB), consideration may be given to rezoning the property to another zoning district with similar characteristics. All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. The City & County Building is an accessible facility.
