- Public Notice Charleston Town Council has changed the council meeting day in September to Wednesday 5th 2018 at 7 pm at the Charleston Town Hall in the meeting room. This will be instead of the regular scheduled meeting Thursday 6th at 7 pm. This change will only be for the September monthly meeting only
