City of Holladay Design Review Board Meeting Thursday August 16th 2018 9:30 am Mt. Olympus Room 4580 S 2300 E Agenda 1. Call meeting to order and welcome 2. Parkside Condominiums - corner of Laney and 2225 East Applicant, Solstice Homes, will present a mixed-use (residential/retail) design concept before the DRB. This conceptual design will be discussed for design guidance and recommendations based upon Holladay Village architectural standards. 3. Miscellaneous business - Term Expiration of Design Review Board Members 4. Adjourn On Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 9:30 am a revised copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
