- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING August 15, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting August 15, 2018 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 p.m. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Approval of July 18, 2018 City Council minute 2. Business License 3. Discussion on city water rates - Joe 4. Public Hearing - Rate Increase by Castle Valley Special Service District 5. Resolution 13-2018 Amending Huntington City's water and sewer service and connection fees 6. New counter top for City Council chambers 7. Fire Department quarterly allowance, approval of pay allocation schedule 8. Approval or changes to Huntington City Code Chapter 8 and 9 9. Public Comments 10. Mayor's Report 11. Departmental Reports 12. Council's Reports 13. Zoning Administrator Report 14. City Claims and Review of Financials Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being 1) Huntington City Hall; 2) Desertview Federal Credit Union; and 3) the U.S. Post Office. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
