COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS CITY COUNCIL AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights City Council will hold a Special Business Meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, in the Cottonwood Heights City Council Chambers located at 2277 East Bengal Boulevard, Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

2.0 ACTION ITEMS
2.1 Consideration of Ordinance 304 Adopting a Final Budget for the Period of 1 July 2018 through 30 June 2019; Making Appropriations for the Support of the city of Cottonwood Heights for such Period; Determining the Rate of Tax and Levying Taxes Upon All Real and Personal Property within the city of Cottonwood Heights; and Directing the Completion of all Related Actions and the Submission of All Related Filings, Including Any Required Form PT-800.
(This ordinance will establish the final budget for the city's 2018-2019 fiscal year (subject to future amendment), including setting the property tax rate and levying the related property tax. It also will authorize and direct the filing of the related Form PT-800 with the Utah State Tax Commission to the extent that the ordinance sets a property tax rate above the current certified rate).

On Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 12:05 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notices was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Cottonwood Heights City Offices, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The Agenda was also posted on the City's website at www.ch.utah.gov and the State Public Meeting Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov
