DISCUSS POSSIBLE AMENDMENTS TO THE ACCESSORY APARTMENT ORDINANCE (Legislative)
Consider making the use of Landlord and Tenant Agreements optional instead of mandatory (section A.1.d). Also consider removing the requirement for a garage or carport for the tenant (section A.2.g). See HPC Code 12.130.090
SIMPLIFY THE HPC CODE (Legislative)
Mayor Flint charged the Planning Commission to simplify the entire code. Discuss ways to approach and divide up sections.
