PUBLIC HEARING - BAXTER GARDENS REZONE REQUEST ORDINANCE - Amending Section 22-5-3(A) and the zoning map of Orem City by rezoning the property at 195 East 1600 North from the R8 zone to the PRD zone and amending Appendix KK by adding Baxter Gardens The Planning Commission recommends the City Council, by ordinance, amend Section 22-5-3(A) and the zoning map of Orem City by rezoning the property at 195 East 1600 North from the R8 zone the PRD zone and amending Appendix KK by adding Baxter Gardens. Staff supports the recommendation of the Planning Commission. Presenter: Jason Bench 12.2. 6:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE - Adopting the 2018 Orem City General Plan and appendices, which updates the 2011 General Plan, bringing the General Plan into alignment with the master plans that have been completed after 2011 An ordinance adopting the 2018 Orem City General Plan and appendices. Presenter:Kirby Snideman 12.3. RESOLUTION - Fence Modification - Wiggy Wash Car Wash at 220 West Center Street in the C2 Zone Staff recommends the City Council consider approving, by resolution, a fence modification to allow the new fence proposed by the applicant. Presenter:Jason Bench 12.4. Ordinance-Article 25-13 (Small Wireless Facilities) The City Attorney's Office recommends that the City Council, by ordinance, enact Article 25-13 of the Orem City Code pertaining to Small Wireless Facilities. Presenter:Greg Stephens/Heather Schriever 12.5. Nuisance Ordinance Amendment The Orem City Attorney's Office recommends that the City Council, by ordinance, amend Chapter 11 of the Orem City Code to provide enhanced administrative enforcement options for nuisance violations. Presenter:Jake Summers and Jonathan Ditto 13. COMMUNICATION ITEMS 13.1. Monthly Financial Summary - June For review 14. CITY MANAGER INFORMATION ITEMS This is an opportunity for the City Manager to provide information to the City Council.
