Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, August 14, 2018 in the Council room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Bruce Dart - Discussion and Action on long term lease of Dry Gulch Water Shares. 5. Resolution 081418-001 - Modifying Myton City Policy & Procedures for exempt employees into the Utah Retirement System. 6. Resolution 081418-002 - Resolution to Modify Membership Requirements of the Myton City Volunteer Fire Department. 7. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department Planning Commission Board Appointments 8. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c)(d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation and water rights or shares. 9. Approval and signing of checks 10.
