PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 564 W 700 S, Bldg 1 (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Lychelle Day for a conditional use permit to allow a dance studio on property located at 564 West 700 South, Building 1, in the MD (Manufacturing Distribution) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 1199 W 700 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City for preliminary subdivision plat called Close To My Heart Plat 'A,' with one lot and one parcel on property located at approx. 1199 West 700 South in the BMP (Business and Manufacturing Park) Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 345 W 700 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Bill Fairbanks for a proposed site plan for the expansion of an existing office/warehouse building, on property located at 345 West 700 South, in the MD (Manufacturing Distribution) Zone. Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Section 10-12B-7:B Yard Requirements (Manufacturing Distribution Zone) Public Hearing to consider the request of Paul Washburn to amend City Code Section 10-12B-7:B Yard Requirements. The proposed amendment would allow an applicant to reduce side yard setbacks, based on the provision of enhanced landscaping to another location on the same property, in the Manufacturing Distribution (MD) Zone. Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Section 10-14: The Grove Zoning District (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Logan Johnson to amend City Code Section 10-14: The Grove Zoning District by altering Section '10-14-24-1: The Grove Commercial Sales Subdistrict.' The amendment would allow climate-controlled, indoor storage units as a permitted use in the Commercial Sales Subdistrict of The Grove Zone.
