Hooper, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday August 16th, 2018. Work meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. CALL TO ORDER Pledge of Allegiance & Reverence 2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 3. REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS June and July Financials 2017-2018 FY Beth Holbrook -Waste Management on cost increase of garbage collection and recycling 3. CITY BUSINESS 1. Discussion and possible action of implementing a rate increase on garbage collection and/or recycling. 2. Discussion and consideration of updates of The Hooper City Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, Title 10, Chapter 1. 5.
