- 1. Call to Order. 2. Roll Call: and acknowledgment that Council members have been seated. 3. Presentations: None Scheduled. 4. Public Comment: Comments will be taken on any Town Business not scheduled for a Public Hearing. Comments are limited to four minutes per speaker. The Council cannot act on items not listed on the agenda, and therefore, the Council may or may not respond to non-agenda issues brought up under public comment. Those wishing to comment should stand, state their full name and address, whom they represent, and the subject matter to be addressed. Total time allocated to public comments will be no more than 20 minutes. 5. Consent Agenda: None. 6. Approval of Agenda or Changes. 7. Approval of 6/18/18 Budget Hearing and Council Meeting Minutes 8. Approval of 7/2/18 Council Regular Meeting Minutes 9. Road and ROW Issues Convex Mirror Placement - Burkley, Holdaway ROW landscaping - Cook Parking regulations - parking on roadway Erosion issue at 268 St. Moritz 10. Gladwin Garage Project - Should Road Impact Fee be collected? 11. Meter Replacements - Schedule for replacements 12. Planning Commission Status Report, Epic Engineering 13. General Plan Status Update 14. Financial Matters Recommended change to FY2019 Budget - deposit new owner transfer fees into Water Revenue 15. Other Business 16. Public Comment. 17. Council Comments. 18. Adjournment. The Regular Town Council meeting will be followed by a closed session to discuss important legal matters before the town.
