NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its regular council meeting on MONDAY, August 13, 2018, at the Eureka City Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. REVIEW OF APPLICANTS AND VOTE FOR UNEXPIRED TERM OF COUNCIL MEMBER. ROLL CALL. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. TREASURER'S REPORT. CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY. REPORT OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES. A. Mayor and City Council Committees. 1. Nick Castleton. 2. Tamra Jameson 3. Leslie Rice 4. Hortt Carter 5. Kimberlee Clem. B. Planning Commission. 1. Annie Appel, Application for Conditional Use Permit. 7:30 pm INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES. A. Discussion on Proposed Cemetery Ordinance. 7:50 pm NEW BUSINESS. A. Kenneth Malmstrom - Inquiry about placing donation bottles around town, donations to be used to help with funeral/burial. 8:00 pm UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 8:15 pm CITIZEN COMMENTS (Citizens wishing to address the council may do so at this time with any questions or concerns, but will be limited to two minutes each.) 8:30 pm EXECUTIVE MEETING.
