Jay McBride-Business License 10. Jay Nielson-Discuss draft ordinance for a fee in-lieu for sidewalks in Wellsville City 11. Jay Nielson-Discuss Wellsville City's Annexation Plan and options for improvement 12. Dick Ostergaard-Discuss the need for paving 200 East, and also options of having 200 East put on the list of roads that need to be paved in the future 13. Review bids for possible awarding of contract for the Screening Building project located at the sewer lagoon 14. Annual Wellsville City Open & Public Meeting Act Training 15. Department reports 16.
