- FY2019-2020 Public Service Applications ZOOMGRANTS The City of West Jordan is opening its' annual application cycle for CDBG funds to applicants to provide Public and Housing Services under the FY2019-2020 CDBG Program. Applications will be submitted through www.ZOOMGRANTS.com. The application period will open on September 5, 2018 and will close on December 14, 2018 at 3:00 PM, MST The City will conduct an application training on Friday September 7, 2018 in the West Jordan Finance Department Offices. Any questions concerning the application process can be answered by contacting Charles Tarver, CDBG/Grants Manager, City of West Jordan, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088, and (801)569-5062 or T-T-Y 711 for the hearing impaired or at charles.tarver@westjordan.utah.gov.
