The American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session meeting on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:30 p.m., as follows:
PUBLIC HEARING
Receiving public comment on the proposed Highland/American Fork Common Boundary Adjustment #5 in the area of 100 East 1500 North.
REGULAR SESSION
1. Pledge of Allegiance; prayer by Council Member Barnes; roll call.
2. Presentation of the CURPA Volunteer of the Year Award to Craig Roberts.
3. Presentation by the Utah Chief of Police Association.
4. Twenty-minute public comment period - limited to two minutes per person.

COMMON CONSENT AGENDA

1. Approval of the July 31, 2018, special session minutes
2. Approval of the authorization to release the Improvements Construction Guarantee in the amount of $80,539.95 and issue a Notice of Acceptance for the North Pointe Roderick Lot 2A construction of public improvements located at 1226 South 630 East. (Requested by Scott Sensanbaugher, Public Works)
3. Approval of the authorization to release the Improvements Construction Guarantee in the amount of $4,573.80 and issue a Notice of Acceptance for the Harper Home construction of public improvements located at 359 N 200 E. (Requested by Scott Sensanbaugher, Public Works)

ACTION ITEMS
1. Ratification of city payments (July 24, 2018 to August 7, 2018) and approval of purchase requests over $25,000.
2. Review and action on a resolution indicating the city's intent to annex the Apex Land & Cattle Addition consisting of approximately 0.423 acres and located at approximately 1360 North 200 East. (Requested by Terilyn Lurker, Recorder)
3. Review and action on subdivisions, commercial projects, condominiums, and PUD's including 1) plat approval; 2) method of satisfaction of water rights requirements; 3) posting of an improvement bond or setting of a time frame for improvement installation; and 4) authorization to sign the final plat and acceptance of all dedications to the public and to have the plat recorded.
a. Review and action on the final plat of Marina Cove Boat Storage Plat A, consisting of one lot, located at 18 West 1500 South, in the M-1 Marina zone. (Requested by Adam Olsen, Planning)
b. Review and action on an ordinance amending the site plan for the Marina Cove Boat Storage Project, located at 75 West 1500 South in the M-1 Marina zone. (Requested by Adam Olsen, Planning)
4. Review and action on an ordinance approving the Highland/American Fork Common Boundary Adjustment #5 in the area of 1500 North 100 East, with the placement of the property in the R1-9,000 Residential and GC-2 Planned Commercial zones. (Requested by Terilyn Lurker, Recorder)
*5. Review and action on a Temporary License Agreement with the Haunted Forest. (Requested by Scott Sensanbaugher, Public Works)
6. Consideration and action to enter into a closed session to discuss the character or professional competence of individuals, to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, to discuss the purchase, lease or sale of real property, or to discuss other items described in Utah State Code 52-4-204 and 52-4-205.
