A. CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. DISCLOSURES D. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT (Limited to three (3) minutes) Non-Agenda Items E. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: 1. July 23, 2018 Town Council Minutes 2. July 27, 2018 Town Council Minutes F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY 2019 TOWN AND RDA BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS. The Council acting as the governing board of the Brian Head Redevelopment Agency will receive public comment on a proposed budget adjustment for fiscal year 2019. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than noon on August 13, 2018 2. ORDINANCE AND RDA RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2019 BUDGETS. Cecilia Johnson, Town Treasurer. The Council will consider adopting an Ordinance and Resolution amending the fiscal year budgets for the Town and Redevelopment Agency. 3. WAYFINDING SIGNAGE BID AWARD. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will award the bid for the town's wayfinding signage project. 4. CHAIR #1 RESTROOM PROJECT. Aldo Biasi, Public Works Director. The Council will give direction on the Chair #1 Restroom project. 5. STORM WATER MASTER PLAN RESOLUTION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider a resolution adopting the Storm Water Master Plan. 6. POTENTIAL FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential future agenda items G. ADJOURNMENT
