Description/Agenda: 1.Public Hearing, discussion and possible action on a request from Kurt Krieg, on behalf of BLX Mayflower, LLC, for master plan, density determination and constraints analysis for the Mayflower Mountain Resort project. The proposal consists of a potential density on the Mining Influence Zone of up to 710 ERUs, along with the existing JSPA target density of 1,024 ERU's within the +/- 940 acres for a proposed total density of 1,970 ERU's. The Mayflower Mountain Resort project is located on the west side of Mayflower Mine Road, south west of the U.S. Highway 40/Deer Hollow Road (State Route 319 - Exit 8) interchange and more specifically in Section 25 of Township 2 South, Range 4 East in the JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area).
