- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SYNOPSIS OF INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SALT LAKE CITY AND SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION The Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City ('RDA') and Salt Lake City ('City') executed an Interlocal and Cooperation Agreement ('Agreement') on April 10, 2018. Pursuant to the Agreement, the City agrees and consents that the RDA shall be entitled to retain ninety percent of the City's portion of the tax increment from the Stadler Rail Community Reinvestment Area for twenty years. Copies of the Agreement in its entirety are available for review in the RDA's office, Room 404, City County Building, 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, during regular business hours. This Agreement shall take effect immediately upon the date of its first publication.
