- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, during their regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at 6 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 W 1900 S, regarding the following matters: Major CUP - Best Friends Preschool, located 2323 West 1425 South All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
