Description/Agenda: Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct public hearings August 21, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for the following: - Development Code amendments in Titles 13, 15, 16 & 17 including, but not limited to home based businesses, road stubs, hillside development and septic tanks - A proposal to add the Extractive Industries Overlay Zone to parcel 59:020:0008, 111.23 acres of property located approximately 1 mile south of Eagle Mountain Boulevard and 1/3 of a mile east of Lake Mountain Road The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
