- Millcreek, Utah Public Hearing Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Millcreek City Council will hold a public hearing at approximately 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 10, 2018, at City Hall Annex, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah to consider an appropriation of $45,000 to the Community Councils, $100,000 for events (Utah Venture Outdoors, Millfreaks, & Millcreek Community Theater), $5,000 for the Rain Barrel Program, and $3,500 to the Millcreek Arts Council. Pursuant to the requirement of Utah Code Ann. ยง10-2-8 a study regarding the appropriations was performed and is available for review by interested parties at City Hall at 3330 S. 1300 E. Millcreek, Utah during regular business hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Following the public hearing, the City Council may adopt an ordinance/resolution authorizing the appropriation. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearing should notify the City Recorder at 801-214-2601 two days prior to the meeting date.
