Cleveland Town Council Meeting PUBLIC HEARING August 9, 2018 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Flag Ceremonies: Opening Ceremonies: Pledge Minutes: Questions for the Mayor and Council Limited to 10 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence. Please limit your comments to three minutes. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Discussion Agenda: Action Agenda: 1. Receive public comment/questions about Castle Valley Special Service District Resolution No. 08162018 and Cleveland Town Resolution No. 08092018 increasing outside district base water rates by $14.00. These resolutions would increase the amount that Cleveland Town charges it's outside district base water users from $37.75 to $51.75. 2. Adjourn meeting If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken The next regular Council Meeting will be held on September 13, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
