- KANARRAVILLE TOWN CORPORATION Kanarraville Town Board Meeting August 9, 2018 Kanarraville Town Hall 40 S. Main St. 7:30 p.m. AGENDA 1. Call to order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Roll Call. 4. Disclosures and declarations of conflict of interest. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 5. Approval of minutes from June 9, 2018 Town Board emergency meeting. 6. Approval of minutes from June 26, 2018 Town Board special meeting. 7. Approval of minutes from July 12, 2018 Town Board meeting. 8. Presentation of Iron County Search & Rescue with a cash gift. 9. Closing the falls hike when there are flash flood warnings. Request to do so. Mayor Carter. 10. Kanarra Falls: Final vote on Jim Mercer permitting website. Discussion on second ladder with Town Attorney. Preliminary discussion about staffing and slow season. Pocket Brochures answering questions: Sample and request to print up a bunch for handouts at the falls. 11. Speed limit display traffic controllers: Should the town purchase two one for each end of town. 12. Pay raise for clerk to $20.00 per hour. 13. Recycling bins for Kanarraville. Barbara Fullman requests. FOLLOW UP AGENDA 14. SCADA Update. 15. Budget review, expenditure approvals. 16. Town Board reports. 17. Mayor's Report. 18. New business. 19. Adjourn.
