Description/Agenda

The City of West Jordan Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at which time input will be received concerning the proposed item: - FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT & REZONE Oquirrh Mountain Resort; 9000 South U-111 Highway; Future Land Use Map Amendment for 221 acres from Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, High Density Residential, Neighborhood Commercial, Community Commercial and Public Facilities to Medium Density Residential, Very High Density Residential, and Community Commercial and Rezone form SC-1, R-1-10E (ZC), P-F, A-20, and LSFR Zones to P-C (Planned Community) Zone; Oquirrh Mountain Resort, LLC / Myron Child (applicant). The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chambers of the West Jordan City Hall, third floor, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. The Planning Commission will consider input from all interested parties prior to making a recommendation to the West Jordan City Council on this issue.
