PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., JULY 19, 2018. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Leon Savage - To request approval for an agricultural pressurized irrigation connection at approximately 900 West between Center and 100 South (approximately 25 acres). B. Ammon Neff - To request a Home Occupation Business License at 602 East Main Street for cleaning, equipment rental, buy and sale gold and silver, and sale of Brazilian groceries. C. Jake Thompson, Cobblecreek Townhomes - To request Concept Plan approval Cobblecreek Townhomes PUD located at approximately 230 North 800 East consisting 5 triplexes, 1 eightplex, 1 sevenplex, and 2 commercial sites on 3 acres. 10. INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE: A. Ordinance 18-07 - An ordinance amending the Municipal Zoning Map and Annexing Certain Real Property and Extending the Corporate Limits of Hyrum City, Utah (SIMMONS ANNEXATION). 11. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Consideration and acceptance of Little Bear Creek Subdivision Phase 2. B. Utility rates. C. Mayor and City Council reports. 12.
