- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 7th day of August 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Mayor Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held July 10, 2018 2. New Business - Proposal for road located at 100 West and 300 North - Jason and Rebecca Jeppson - Water and Road Pioneering Agreement Discussion - Ordinance 18-05 'An Ordinance Increasing Compensation Of The Elected Officials And Statutory Officers Of Clarkston Town Municipality' - New Business License Application - Tom and Traci Summers 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Stop Signs Located At 300 South and Main Street - Fire Department Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - National Night Out Against Crime - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department Councilmember N. Sparks - July Warrant List - Cemetery Department - LUDMA - Proposal to Amend Subdivision Regulation 11-2-3 C6 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - August 21, 2018 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
