- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said Hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Leishman Estate Subdivision consisting of 3 lots total, located at approximately 150 West 300 North.
