PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, August 7th 2018 City Hall Council Chambers - 4580 S. 2300 E. PRE-MEETING ITEMS 6:00 PM SITE VISIT - Please meet at City Hall at 6:00pm. (If commissioners and staff decide to visit a sits on this agenda, residents are welcome to accompany Planning Commissioners and Staff, using their own vehicle(s) for transportation) 6:30 PM WORK SESSION - All agenda items may be discussed during a light dinner. No decisions will be made during this portion of the meeting. 7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement ACTION ITEMS 1. PUBLIC HEARING - McCowin Private Driveway, Grading and Slope Consideration - 5212 S Holladay Blvd - The property owner, Steve McCowin, requests review of a private driveway design proposed to cross slopes greater than 30%. Review and consideration as per 13.76.300.B. PF#18-9-07 2. POSTPONED -- PUBLIC HEARING - Percival Accessory Building, C.U.P. - 5885 S Tolcate Lane - Property owner, Brandon Percival requesting review of a conditional use permit to construct a detached garage as per Holladay regulation 13.14.030.E PF#18-2-06 3. Approval of Minutes - May 15 and June 5, 2018 DICSUSSION ITEMS 4. Proposed Ordinance Amendment - Residential Grade Alterations Continued discussion and consideration to recommend an ordinance amendment setting maximum artificial grade alterations in residential zones 5. Proposed Ordinance Amendment - Accessory Building Definition (13.04: Accessory Buildings) Consideration to recommend an ordinance amendment to the current definition of an Accessory Building. The Amendment is proposed to include minimum 'attachment' requirements when proposed to be connected to the primary dwelling. 6. Discussion on Pool Regulations ADJOURN On Monday, August 6, 2018 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
